Excellent service. Better and easier than expected. Collection was made within minutes of arriving at Heathrow and the car was ready in the car park on our return. My only criticism would be the need for more precise instructions for finding the correct entrance to the car park, and which floor and location to park in when dropping off. If this is improved the service could not be better.

Excellent service both on departure and return.We were leaving Heathrow 15 minutes after the aircraft landed having cleared immigration, baggage reclaim and collected the car in that time! Only advice would be that the directions for dropping off the car at Terminal 5 could be made more explicit. As you go up the ramp you really have to stick to the right hand lane and not follow the valet parking signs. In the car park itself it needs to be emphasised that the meet and greet area is between areas L and M.

Brilliant service - took the hassle out of parking and wasn't expensive
