hard to fault, everything worked like clockwork, nice people to deal with too, my only criticism was that the drivers feet had made a mess of the drivers side footwell. recommend though

Arriving an hour early at Terminal 5 and parking in the wrong place was quickly dealt with and the collection driver arrived within minutes. The call handler was very efficient and helpful. On returning we were early again but by the time we got from baggae reclaim to the meeting area the car was ready and waiting. Great service and great value!

First class service, both drop and pick up being on schedule. £60 for 8 days is good value for M&G. Cars are taken 8 miles away.

This was the first time we've used this kind of service (normally used hire car)and have to say park and go is an absolute excellent service everything that was stated happened the staff were extremely helpful we arrive early and they were helpful in accomodating this and on our return although landed on time it took over an hour to get baggage which made us late for our pick up and again staff were very helpful. I would definately use this company again. Excellent alround.

Excellent services during the snow delay on 19 December 2010 their service was the only service I could rely on. They were in constant contact with me during my journey to Heathrow up dating me about the conditions and flight status. Got there and my flight was cancelled, they braved the snow and returned my car to me promptly for my journey back. They updated my new parking arrangements with my new flight going out four days later without any hassle. Will use their service definitely again. Big thank you to you all.
