Drop off is in the short stay car park rather than in the quick drop area, which isn't ideal. Would be nice to know that before booking. Upon return we waited longer than the 10 minutes for our car to be returned to us. Other than that, good service, friendly people, good price, clear instructions. Thank you

Drop-off was fine. Pick-up was a complete disaster; an appalling experience riddled with a litany of lies. I called about an hour before our ETA and was asked to let them know when we were 20 minutes away. I did this and, subsequently, arrived at the nominated pick-up point exactly 20 minutes later. No sign of our car. After waiting for a few minutes, I called again to ask where the car was, to be told it was on its way & would be there in 5-10 minutes. Unacceptable considering that I had given them an accurate ETA. 20 minutes later, still no car. In the meantime, my pregnant wife & I are left standing outside in the freezing cold. I called again to be told that the roads were busy. However, what they had forgotten was that we had just arrived by coach so I knew for a fact that the roads were not busy at all. Finally, after nearly 30 minutes, the car arrived. On speaking to the driver, he confirmed that he wasn't instructed to leave until the phone call I had made from the car park (the one where I was told it was already on its way and would only be 5-10 minutes). Again, he said the roads were busy - total rubbish confirmed both by our inbound coach journey, and by the fact that we could see the roads were quiet when we left! I requested a refund and was told that the manager would call me first thing the following morning. Needless to say, I have heard nothing since. Absolutely terrible experience. It would have been quicker & cheaper to park in the long term car park.

Excellent service. When we arrived at T5 there was someone there to meet us and when we returned from our holiday our car was already there. Will definitely use again!
