Reviewed on 12th July 2015We used the Meet and Greet at Heathrow Terminal 2. We were a bit surprised at the casual approach (eg when we phoned they didn't ask for booking ref, car reg or anything) and the accent was a bit hard to understand. That said, the service was excellent - instructions very clear and car picked up and delivered on time (it had gone 22 miles). Cost very competitive. We'd definitely use them again.
