A great service, including a very late return flight due to our original flight being cancelled. The car was waiting for us with no delays by the firm, I would definitely recommend them.

This is the 5th time of booking through Park & Go. Never had any problems at all. Short 10 minutes wait for the car to be delivered back. Would thoroughly recommend and will continue to use them in the future.

It was a good service but at the exit I had to pay £7.50 to get through the barrier. Normally I put the the ticket in and drive through the gate.. is this a new thing that you’re doing but I assumed I paid for this service too.

A good experience with Platinum Parking LTD Meet & Greet. Good instructions as to where to park and when. Great access to T5 from the car park. Car was returned in same condition to same place and everything ran smoothly with no hiccups. We appreciated the call from the driver stating they were 5 minutes away when we came to receive the car back. Points to note. Car will be parked a few miles away from drop off and pick up. Drop off and pick up is very conveniently placed next to terminal (we flew from T5). For pickup, we called (as suggested) on landing and when bags were collected and then had a 15 minute wait at the collection point for car to be driven from the car park where car was stored during our holiday. This was fine as I was keen to avoid any additional fees (they only pay for 15 minutes parking) and have a quick turnaround on pick up. Service was good. No issues, all went as planned and would use again. Only thing is they didn’t have a desk at collection and all was done over the phone.

Initial delay in greeting but very good on return. Would use again as good value.

Easy, simple and a well run company… takes the hassle out of airports!!

I have been using this service for years now. Always had excellent service and this trip went well again at drop off and collection. Highly recommended. See you in September hopefully.

Second time using Platinum Parking, again a good experience. Drop off was seamless, driver was waiting for us already. When picking up, we had to wait about 25 minutes for the driver and car to arrive despite we called when landed then when picked our luggage up. It was afternoon so we did not mind that much, but might have been different in the middle of the night. Also when we called they said 5 minutes, but another 20 minutes passed until we got the car back saying it was traffic. My advice would be to be honest with the customer, it was a Sunday afternoon, we drove home, there was no traffic. Otherwise happy, probably would use them again.

I always call as per instructions and still am left waiting 25+minutes after I collected my bags.
