Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

This is the second time running that we have had to wait 15 minutes to have our car returned. This did not happen before over many trips, but it does make me consider using alternatives (even long term could be done in 15 minutes).

Good comms for drop off....pick up I had to speak to them 3 times, but it came pretty quickly after that.

I have used this service numerous times and never had a problem however this time they struggled to find my booking when I called to let them know I was on the way. Then the way I was spoken to was horrendous. They kept saying I would have to pay extra money as I hadn't paid for meet and greet even though I had the paperwork to say otherwise. It was eventually sorted out however the attitude was not appreciated and not what you needed just before going on holiday. When we returned and I called to say we had landed the attitude on the phone was the same. They took 40 minutes to being the car to us. I won't be using them again based on this experience.

The experience was very good, until the final part. We phoned from the baggage area, left a message as no answer, waited half an hour at drop off zone. Then phoned again, this time someone picked up and he was there in 20 minutes. Shame as I would have scored 5 if that hadn’t of happened.

Very disappointed this trip, late meeting up to collect car out going and drop car back on return. Very Muddy footprints around drivers footwell!!

good service nice friendly staff I have used before and would use again but they don't get 5 stars as my car inside and out always comes back muddy and I have to wash my mats and the inside of my car everytimd. you need to do more to look after people's cars my car mats aren't cheap and after a long flight the last thing you want to do is have to clean your car especially when you left it clean.

Outbound, when we arrived at Heathrow Terminal 5, we had to wait twenty five minutes for a driver to arrive, this is after following the instructions given, and ringing twice more. Our return journey was perfect if only outbound had been the same.

Had a very good arrival and departure service and the staff were polite. On leaving the car park the assistant assured me the ticked was paid for and I could exit immediately but it wasn’t so had to pay an extra charge to exit the car park

Service was generally good. Easy to arrange through park and go. Have used terminals parking before - drop off was relatively smooth but despite calling as instructed on both landing and bag collection - had to wait for car to be delivered. Company quotes a 15 minute wait but despite being late evening and not near rush hour - wait was over 30 minutes. Disappointing.
