Reviewed on 6th February 2018I have used this service many times before with great service every time, this time I was disappointed with the 20 minutes it took to return my car.

Reviewed on 5th January 2018I’ve got mixed feelings on this meet and greet parking. It was easy to find and use, the driver was prompt and we did not have to wait. However, my car did have an awful lot of scuffs on the boot like something heavy had been put on it and dragged. I am hoping they will be removable with T-Cut. The driver didn’t seem to show much interested when we were wiping the car and discussing it between ourselves.

Reviewed on 3rd December 2017Going out was fine, went as planned. On return journey we waited 15 minutes for the car and the staff member was very rude. The ticket machine broke, these things happen but it’s how you talk to your customers to deal with it. After another 15 minutes I asked what was going on and he was so rude, I had to ask him 3 times to stop speaking over me. When another member of staff fixed things, he walked off saying ‘he wanted to get out of here too’. Shame as was a good price and service, but has put me off using again.

Reviewed on 5th September 2017Departures on 26th was very good. Flight was delayed on return but I arrived back on same day as booked. after sleeping the Saturday night at Atlanta airport and then arriving back at 11.00pm, Sunday, I was tired but had to have an argument about an extra £15 which was only if a day later and then I had to wait until almost 10 minutes to 12 for my car. I was not very happy.

Reviewed on 22nd July 2017I can't give an excellent review as when we arrived back from our holiday the number plate was practically hanging off the back of the car. This is a car that is less than 2 years old and was in perfect condition when we parked it. The company Rep said that the sticker had worn loose......doesn't make sense to us. No other explanation offered. Unlikely to use company again as a result.

Reviewed on 3rd May 2017I called them with 30 minutes to my arrival, but I still ended up waiting over 15 minutes for them to arrive to take my keys, which was very frustrating. It was early and the airport was busy, but maybe a little more staff in the morning would have helped! Coming back was as expected - Called them when I had my luggage, and when I went to car park, they were waiting for me with my car. Staff were courteous.

Reviewed on 12th April 2017The staff were courteous but the directions were vague to say the least we ended up going through the car park and having to pay £3.50 to get out to come round again to enter the right channel. You need to say meet and greet channel not what you say on your print off, but all together nice.

Reviewed on 28th March 2016I have used your service in the past and have been content. However, there was a 20-30 wait on the outward journey this time and a slightly shorter wait on the return so not so good this time.
