very compatible in price but used to have better experience , e.g. this time I had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes to get my car on return.

Excellent value for money, only problem seemed to be when phoning to say we were on way back, all worked out in the end. Will use again next time at Heathrow.

Very good service, the only reason I didn’t give it 5 was because of the wait for the car on the return, despite calling twice as requested. Overall excellent.

Our party of 4 were holidaying in India which involved flying out of Heathrow Terminal 4 and back into Terminal 2 so standard parking was not an option. Park and Go was the only parking scheme that worked for us at a sensible price. Drop off at Heathrow was slightly confused but no real problem but pick up at Terminal 2 was perfect. Instructions for making contact on arrival were clear and everything worked as it should. Highly recommended.
