Very efficient and did not have to wait long on return despite it being a busy day.

Due to problems with our PCR tests, we had to go back home and return 2 days later. They still honoured our booking albeit paying a small additional fee. The car was available quickly at the airport. My only issue is that sometimes I can't understand the people who man the phones and for that I deducted a point as it's difficult to follow someone's directions when you can't understand them.

Have used Terminals Parking on numerous occasions and would recommend them . Sometimes have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for car when you return but that makes sure you don’t have to pay for extra car park fee at LHR.

We had to wait 20 minutes at the terminal for collection of our car but return was excellent with car waiting when we arrived to pick up.

Good service. Good price. We met around the agreed time. In view of my disability, the driver assisted by getting a trolley and taking my bags out of the car. I would definitely book through Park and Go again.

Both Outbound and Inbound processes worked well with a smooth handover and receipt back again. Phone comms within T2 worked well despite the chaos of a Covid effected Heathrow arrival. All I would suggest is that there's an improvement in the Covid hygiene process when receiving the car back and the driver should have disinfected any controls that he used on the way into the airport.
