Reviewed on 28th November 2009Despite calling well in advance, giving all my details, reference number etc, I had to wait 15-20 min for someone to pick up my car on the outbound journey. I managed to catch my plane last minute. Service on the way back was good.

Reviewed on 25th November 2009Excellent service. Travelled November 2009, and will recommend to all my female friends especially. Car collected from just outside airport. On return driver delivered within 10 mins of arrival into baggage hall, even though it was midnight, which meant I didn’t need to trail around carparks looking for my car at that time of night. Both drivers were very friendly and helpfull. The cost was very competative as I did shop around.

The car was collected & delivered back to us within minutes of phoning - i highly recommend this service & will definately use again next time i fly from Liverpool

Reviewed on 12th November 2009I don't consider meet & greet as effective if you have to stand and wait for 30 minutes to hand over your keys. When I told the "chauffeur" I didn't have this problem at Manchester his reply was "Well fly from there then next time". Very poor service indeed

Reviewed on 2nd November 2009Excellent! only flaw are the signs.The pickup point (to leave the car) is just past the drop off point.If you are a first time client it can be confusing.
