Reviewed on 30th March 2009Excellent service on the drop-off; however on arrival back to Liverpool airport I rang the tel number as arranged to be met with my car to complete my homeward journey. We waited half an hour in the freezing cold and no car. Eventually a man in a mini bus arrived to pick us up to transport us to where the car was kept several miles away. I was not happy!! Understandably I think. Yes they did apologise but we were still delayed by an hour. Not the service that we paid for.

Reviewed on 5th February 2009Excellent service from this company. Prompt collection on arrival. We were delayed comming back from Venice by two days due to weather and our flight being cancelled. This meant the car was in their storage for two extra days, but due to the circumstances they did not charge us. Couldn't ask for a better service.
