Reviewed on 18th March 2018Pick up was fine, which I guess is the main thing, but I had to wait 20 minutes in a dark, freezing cold car park, with nowhere even to sit down, for my car to be returned. I followed instructions to call for the car as I left the terminal. These need to change to calling when you land if they're going to take so long to get the car back. Having to wait rather defeats the object of using meet & greet.

Reviewed on 9th March 2018Very easy to find, quick service will most definitely use again when travelling from Luton. Only comment when calling to let them know you are on your way (to drop and pick up) the chap on the phone is quite abrupt and doesn't seem very happy!! Perhaps he was having a bad day....

Reviewed on 3rd March 2018It was so easy, exactly what it said on the tin - we called ahead, were met in the car park, car was checked over and mileage noted. Then we left! Coming back our flight was delayed and baggage took forever but there was our 'meet and greeter'. He gave us our exit ticket and home we went. Easy peasy!
