Arrival process is busy as lots of companies working in same area but when returning the phone number given didn't work for 30 minutes (phone was turned off) so had to get all the way to the car park to speak to the agent there so had to wait a further 30 minutes (basically negating the benefit and cost versus parking in main car park). Other clients had same problem at the same time.

Good meeting arrangements and courteous staff, but the car was returned much dirtier and a small chip was present that I think was not there before.

They wern't there when we dropped the car off and another company( with the right paperwork) took the car, which was odd. When we returned the wait was around 35 minutes and the car looked like it had been parked in a field.

Phoned ahead of arrival as requested and all details confirmed, upon arrival nobody was expecting us. After 10 minutes our paperwork was found and drop off was a smooth process. On arrival back at the airport I phoned once we had got our bags as requested, walked through to the car park and had to wait 5 minutes for our car to arrive. Car was all good, 10 miles had been put on the speedometer which is fine, what wasn’t fine was the empty mcDondalds wrappers stuffed in the cup holders. I don’t have a problem with people grabbing a bite to eat, people need food but it’s not very nice having to bin other people rubbish that was left in you car. When I mentioned this to the representative at pick up I just got a shrug of the shoulders. Otherwise it was a good service, the small time delays weren’t a problem just thought I’d mention it so others are aware.

Good value for money - and efficient promptly picked up car. Collecting car needs improving - the representative handed the keys to my daughter without checking who she was - it was my car - there were also muddy footprints in the car that weren’t there when I left it!!

Followed the instructions to call when going to the car park and when landing. Either time there was nobody there to meet or greet me. I had to call again and then somebody took the car. Other than this okay.

Pick up was fine, which I guess is the main thing, but I had to wait 20 minutes in a dark, freezing cold car park, with nowhere even to sit down, for my car to be returned. I followed instructions to call for the car as I left the terminal. These need to change to calling when you land if they're going to take so long to get the car back. Having to wait rather defeats the object of using meet & greet.

It wasn’t a great experience at the drop off, the man never arrived so we left the car keys with one of the other companies that also work out of the same short stay car park. They did have our booking though. The return was much better, we waited 5 minutes tops for a very polite gentleman who dropped the car back to the short stay car park.

the exit was seamless and would have been a 5, however no one was there to meet us even though we phoned ahead and I ended up having to leave my keys with a competitor company in the hope they handed them over, it was 4.20am and very cold so an annoying delay.
