Having had plenty of experience with meet and greet companies I can 100% say this is not a meet and greet... I've never had to park in a car park and then have a long walk to try and find my car in a different car park to the one I dropped my car off in? No directions, unless we called the man on the phone (three times). Someone had quite clearly been smoking (im not saying in the car), but you could smell the smoke in the car all the way in our 2 hour drive home. I could of parked the car in the car park myself or used an off site place as this is where my car was clearly parked.

We were told that our car would arrive in 15 minutes but was there was heavy traffic so it might take a little longer. In fact we waited over 40 minutes because they could not find our car, as it was not in the compound. The company had intact left out car in the multistory carpark and not taken it to the compound at all. We were told all sorts of stories about were our car was. I would not trust this company at all with my car again. We could of walk to any of the carparks at Luton Airport in the time we waited.

No blame on Meet @ Greet but Luton airport arrangements were as bad as they could be. The M & G collection point has been moved and now it is awful to get to and with a wheelchair the journey was a nightmare experience. Bad travel over rough badly patched ground shook the wheelchair occupant into semi consciousness. To add to this the journey had to be made in heavy rain and everyone finished up soaked to the skin. No shelters anywhere. Pathetic. Goodbye to Luton airport, never to be used again.

Not good very late in collecting the car because of the traffic. Late again on delivering the car because of the traffic again. Drivers from other firms were there. I would suggest to your clients to leave an extra hour because Luton cannot cope with the demand.

Express Parking at Luton was a complete joke. We have used Park & Go many times and it has always been excellent but this company at Luton did not have a clue what they were doing. The drop off was ridiculously chaotic but on return we were left standing in the cold for 40 minutes to get the car back. Numerous calls were answered with lies and poor excuses and it was clear they had no idea where the car was. I was close to calling the police as I was convinced they did not have the car to return to us. We will never use this service again at Luton as the drop off/collection is too far from the terminal and is very poorly managed.

Would not use this company again. Called them at 2PM after landing to say our luggage was ready and were in a hurry to collect the car. Was told that there was bad traffic and it would be at least 15 minutes. The car eventually turned up at 2.30PM. For me this is Meet and Wait not Meet and Greet. Surprise surprise, I didn't encounter any traffic on my return home.
