Had a meet and great booked, it took the team 40 minutes to drop me my car. Waiting in the cold!

Pick up was fine BUT we waited over 25 minutes for them to drop the car and we were on a domestic flight- late at night and not happy.

My return flight was late so I phoned Express as soon as I landed to let them know, then again as soon as I picked up my bag as instructed. Nevertheless, we waited for 15 minutes at the meet area, which made a long journey even longer. Express is based only 2 miles from the airport and it shouldn't take long at all to bring the car to the airport. Meet and Greet services are basically logistics businesses. To be successful you just need to get your logistics right, this company failed to do this. If you are going to call yourself 'Express' then make sure you are.

On arrival the organisation was chaotic and took 15 minutes to leave the car. On departure it took 30 minutes for the car to arrive in the car park. Then there was a £7 parking fee on top of the park and go fee which we were unaware of. The system as it stands defeats the object of express meet and greet as it would have been far quicker and cheaper to park the car ourselves.

Took along time for them to arrive for us to be able to drop car off. Poor instructions. Did not answer the phone promptly. On arrival back was slow in bringing the cars back to us. No organisation, no apologies. Ununiformed staff-didnt know who to talk to.

I have used this company on numerous occasion and would have rated it a 5. Unfortunately on Sunday night I waited over 35 minutes for my express meet and greet. If the controller was honest and said here was a delay I would have accepted this but was told the car would be out in 10-15 mins, so I was left out in the cold for 35 minutes. Eventually when the car arrived the gentleman apologised but it was a little to late at this stage.

It was quite an efficient service, the only caveat being that they seemed unprepared for the early start of my departure from Luton. The car was booked in to be dropped off at 5 am and I was waiting about 10 minutes before my car was collected from me.
