Express Meet and Greet Luton Reviews

I have used this company many times and never once have they let me down, always present within very short periods and vehicle always ready on departure. For me, this company has been excellent and I would highly recommend both for fair pricing and service.

We arrived 30 minutes earlier than booked, we rang about 20 minutes prior to this time. Not a problem, we were met promptly. Our return was a similar procedure, we rang as we cleared the terminal at Luton and arrive at lane 11 short term car park at the same time as my car. Excellent service. I would like to say that the short term car park is uneven and difficult to drag a four wheeled case over, then up to the overhead walkway by lift, a short walk and a lift down, covered walkway to departures. Coming home the arrivals is about 250 yards from the overhead walkway and isn't covered! Plus £7 to get out! But car park Meet and Greet excellent Also the chap that looked after us was very friendly and helpful.

The second time I have booked with these guys, and I've had an amazing experience both times. I took my brand new Abarth 124 Spider and they remembered the car and ensured it came back cleaner than when it went in! - They also were very prompt on the phone and easy to find. Would certainly use again and will book for all future travel out of Luton Airport.
