Smooth process, no problems, have used before, will use again for value for money and service.

I have used this company many times and never once have they let me down, always present within very short periods and vehicle always ready on departure. For me, this company has been excellent and I would highly recommend both for fair pricing and service.

A little uncertain as regards location in car park but otherwise very good.

We arrived 30 minutes earlier than booked, we rang about 20 minutes prior to this time. Not a problem, we were met promptly. Our return was a similar procedure, we rang as we cleared the terminal at Luton and arrive at lane 11 short term car park at the same time as my car. Excellent service. I would like to say that the short term car park is uneven and difficult to drag a four wheeled case over, then up to the overhead walkway by lift, a short walk and a lift down, covered walkway to departures. Coming home the arrivals is about 250 yards from the overhead walkway and isn't covered! Plus £7 to get out! But car park Meet and Greet excellent Also the chap that looked after us was very friendly and helpful.

On arrival the organisation was chaotic and took 15 minutes to leave the car. On departure it took 30 minutes for the car to arrive in the car park. Then there was a £7 parking fee on top of the park and go fee which we were unaware of. The system as it stands defeats the object of express meet and greet as it would have been far quicker and cheaper to park the car ourselves.

No great issues but owing to building work at Luton car park is disorganised and area hard to find. Car not checked at either handover and felt a bit slapdash 're care and organisation.

Excellent from start to finish. Excellent communication on arrival and return. Friendly smart uniformed staff.

The gent who greeted me was courteous and if the review was about the company then it would be very good (4.5) however it is just the area itself. Meet and greet should be done in the drop off area not the short term car park. I have used M&G at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted so if it wants to call it a meet and greet it needs to change where it is located.
