Reviewed on 23rd September 2022Excellent service, easy to manage. Gave notice of my arrival at Luton, dropped the car on arrival and handed over the keys. On the return gave them notice when I got to bag claim and the car was waiting for me when I returned. Excellent service.

Reviewed on 17th September 2022We were told that our car would arrive in 15 minutes but was there was heavy traffic so it might take a little longer. In fact we waited over 40 minutes because they could not find our car, as it was not in the compound. The company had intact left out car in the multistory carpark and not taken it to the compound at all. We were told all sorts of stories about were our car was. I would not trust this company at all with my car again. We could of walk to any of the carparks at Luton Airport in the time we waited.
