Express Meet and Greet Luton Reviews

No great issues but owing to building work at Luton car park is disorganised and area hard to find. Car not checked at either handover and felt a bit slapdash 're care and organisation.

The gent who greeted me was courteous and if the review was about the company then it would be very good (4.5) however it is just the area itself. Meet and greet should be done in the drop off area not the short term car park. I have used M&G at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted so if it wants to call it a meet and greet it needs to change where it is located.

Very disappointed to find that even though I phoned giving 20 minutes notice of our arrival (I think I got someone out of bed - oops!) your staff still could not get there in time to meet us. I eventually had to give my keys to an agent from another company, as you may imagine this did not give me a warm fuzzy confident feeling. We weren't sure what to expect on our return - but thankfully everything went according to plan for that half of the arrangement. Will we use your services again in the future? I'm really not sure - I'm not the type to expect perfection just because I am giving you my money, but I did expect you to do what it said in our agreement.

Nothing wrong with the collection and pick up of the car, although there was quite a trek from the car park to the terminal, but the lady who answered our telephone call a little short on customer service - sounded extremely annoyed that our plane had come in early! as if that's our fault!

This is the second time we have used Park and Go. And the service was even better than the first time. No hanging about waiting for a driver to arrive to collect/ deliver our car. Very polite and helpful all round. Will always recommend you to friends and family.

Chaotic at drop off; delivered promptly on return. BUT the car was stored at an insecure (?) railway car park in Luton for the 2 days then moved to a side street in central Luton at 1am and left there until my arrival at 11am!! Hardly secure.
