Terrific service at both ends of the trip.

Great. Travelling can be stressful, but the friendly staff at Express M&G Luton made the car drop off and collection hassle free. The car returned a bit dirty (bird droppings)but at 1am I was just pleased to have the car and be heading for home.

The car was taken off me in great time. The collection was smooth and straight forward as we were given a mobile number to ring when we were close so they were prepared for us. On the way back we rang AFTER we had collected our luggage and when we arrived at the collection point our car was ready and waiting. We were greatful for the professionalism, especially as it was our two children's first holiday and the first break my wife and I have had since our honeymoon over six years ago. I would definately recomend this service and have done to my family and friends.

Ideal solution for parking in Luton: park in the short term car park at long term parking prices, with added benefit of valet service. Booking on line was easy, staff at airport were curteous and efficient, so car drop took a couple of minutes, and car was there when we came out of terminal on our return. Highly recommended!
