Very efficient. Driver was waiting - and looking out for us when we arrived at the airport. On our return, I received a SMS message when we landed, and the driver was there to meet us. No delays or hanging around. Very good indeed. I will certainly use 'Express Meet and Greet Luton' next time I fly out of Luton. Well done, and thank you.

Excellent service from beginning to end! Completely stress free which is just what you need when going on holiday. Polite and professional staff dealt with us and we even got our car back cleaned and polished which was a lovely surprise! Would definitely recommend and will use them again!

Great, on time, there and back, very polite and quick.

They were there ready when we arrived at airport to fly, no problems at all. On return we phoned them once we had got luggage from carousel and the car was literally coming into the car park as we walked towards the pick up point. First class service, have used them before and will use them next time. Also if you book in advance, it hardly costs any more than the car parks where they bus you to the aiport. I highly recommend this company / service.

Service was very good, but we were surprised to receive a text message saying that we had to pay £1.00 to exit the car park, even though the original booking contract stated that this fee was included in the price paid.

Very good service. Member was there to greet us at the airport on arrival and on arriving back car was there as we came to the car park.

Good service, but needed someone at the pick up point ensure that car was on its way. I went to guy who I thought was from Park and Go but he was from another company and a bit surly as I think everyone went to him for info.

We were late by 3 hours, but they were fine with it. Good service.
