Exceptional service - quick and professional.

I was happy with the service I got when we got to Luton airport, on arrival we only had to wait a few minutes for the car, would use Express meet and greet again.

Used Express Meet and Greet Luton for the first time for our recent holiday. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. Although our outbound flight was very early, the staff were very prompt to greet us, polite and extremely helpful. On our return the level of service was again fantastic. We will certainly use this company again and without hesitation recommend them to family and friends.

This was the tenth year I have used a meet and greet, without a shadow of a doubt these have been the best by far. They made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again, well done!

Have now used Park & Go for the second time and can't fault it. On landing a Text message appears saying they have been tracking my arrival and my car is waiting. It can't get any better. It takes all the stress away after travelling.

You always feel you are taking your life in your hands with Park and Go. Will they show up when you have a plane to catch? Will they answer the phone outside business hours? Will the line be busy? You have pre-paid a stranger through the internet. Will they show up on your return in good time or at all? Well the answer to all these was full marks for everything. They were clear curteous and the car was wonderfully clean.

Did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent service and did not let us down. Would be happy to use Park and Go next time.
