EazyPark Meet and Greet Reviews

I always use eazypark but my experience this time will make me look for alternative parking when going on holiday. I phoned 20 minutes before arriving as requested and was advised someone would meet me there. I arrived at airport and had to wait a further 30 minutes for someone to meet me. It was a good job I had factored in contingency time otherwise I'd have checked in too late. No apology from the chap who took the car. On returning to the airport, I collected my case, passed through customs and called them. 20 minutes they advised, perfect, I grabbed a coffee and proceeded to departures to meet them again. 50 minutes later I chased them only to be told "he has been dispatched, traffic is busy" - where on earth was he coming from? Won't be using them again unfortunately.

Excellent all round service. drop off went without a hitch, driver was polite and courteous with a full visual inspection of my vehicle before signing it off me. Return was a bit trickier as we had to return to the UK 3 days earlier than expected and landed at 01.30 in the morning, however it only took 10 minutes to get the car to us at T2 and again a very polite and courteous driver who couldn't have been more helpful. Definitely one to use again.

From initial online booking to dropping car at departure and returning 7 days later and collecting at same point. Excellent service, will be using again. Thanks.
