EazyPark Meet and Greet Reviews

First time used. Usually bus from off site. Very good service and easy drop off right next to departures. On return, due to security alert in Manchester airport, pick up a little late but no complaints as we want drivers and everyone kept safe. Would definitely use again.

No problem with the meet and greet, however when we phoned 20 minutes before arriving at the airport (as requested) the gentlemen had no information regarding our booking. Had to pull over at the side of the road and sort it out. Panic was a bit of an understatement. Sorted out during phone call.

Very please with the service, exactly what we needed with having a family with very young children this helped us a lot. Will use again.

Drop off was 5 star, quick and efficient. Collection we waited 45 minutes for our car! We were told 20 minutes, at 25 minutes I called again and was told 3-4 minutes, at 40 minutes I called again and was told 5 minutes, the driver was on his way. I questioned this as we had been told that before and he hung up on me. There was no communication. I understand that an earlier issue had had a knock on effect on all deliveries but this was only mentioned on my 3rd phone call. They could have been upfront and said go for a coffee, or get a taxi to them. No, instead the chose to simply ignore us.

Car came back very dusty but cannot fault the service and cost. They were there as we pulled into the airport even helped with bags and pick up 15 minutes after we phoned once we had cases. Will use again in future
