Used this service a few times and was happy before. The last two times I have to wait 45 - 50minutes for pickup my car and car was very dirty in and out so decided to go for other company when I needed.

I have used this company for all my trips over the past two years... My last two experiences of this business has been less than good. Trying to get hold of them by phone is a nightmare, either to tell them I'm arriving or waiting to pick up. Departing.... I've been left waiting for unacceptable lengths of time resulting me being moved on by wardens..... On arrival back to Manchester , I waited 40 minutes on the 3 rd Jan and 50 mins on the 17th Jan.... Not a service I would want to recommend.

We have used this company at least twice a year for years and recommend them to everyone. This time was different last couple of times we have stood outside at the airport usually after being in a hot climate to get frozen waiting for our car to be returned. Last week it was over an hour and the worst was that the call handler kept telling us the car was definitely on its way, it was blatantly untrue as we had seen the same driver while we were stood outside picking up a car. The excuse was the website had been hacked and they had to wait for everyone to ring as they did not know whose car was required etc. If he had said there was a problem with drivers which it seems was the real problem we would have gone inside and had a coffee. The drop off has also deteriorated, with us rushing to get through security because of late pick ups. Sorry we will have to find a new supplier. No real apology which should have included an offer of refund for our wait, I am now full of a cold which I put down to being stood in the cold for so long.

I have used them many times before and their pick-up times on return journeys are getting worse. To top it all, on leaving this time we were nearly 1 hour late waiting for the car to be collected. we had 10 mins left before the check in desk closed and we were going to miss our flight! lots of stress and not good before you leave for holiday.

Very disappointed we could not get through to any telephone number for over 30 minutes and once we had spoken we had to wait a further hour for our car to be returned. Would not use again!

Absolutely appalling had to wait 15 mins for drop off couldn't get through on the phone even worse on pick-up had to wait a full 30 minutes and inside of car was filthy with mud stains and no apologies offered for the unacceptable delay.

The pick-up driver did not arrive after 30+ minutes of waiting. I had called twice and was in the right place. Eventually I gave up so as not to miss my flight and ended up in the Manchester Multi-storey car park which was significantly more expensive. I will not book this service again.

Used meet & greet easy park Manchester airport through park & go. On my return called them for my car which took 30 minutes to arrive. It was covered in dirt & dust, bird droppings with damage to one of the alloy wheels. Took the car to car wash before i got home to find a dent near the rear wheel arch. I did tell them about it on collection then found it a bit difficult to contact the right department after 4 phone calls & 2 emails. The guy i spoke to at eazypark had a bit of a bad attitude, but park & go where more helpful & responsive. Hope this helps, the choice is yours?

The whole experience was stress free and all systems worked well which ensured to a enjoyable start to the holiday. Certainly will use this service again.
