Reviewed on 8th July 2014Sun 15 June 2014. Awful service when we got back to the UK at T2. Waited 1hr 20 mins for our car even after 3 phone calls. They said no one passed the message on and whoever did the staff rota had not scheduled enough staff to cope with demand!! Apparently people were waiting for over an hour all day long. They don't seem keen to pacify the customer either. Would not recommend.

Reviewed on 28th April 2014First time used on recommendation and very pleased with the service, there is a wait but hey, if you had to go pick up the car from a car park, it would probably take you as long, or possibly even longer! Efficient and hassle free.

Reviewed on 12th December 2013We were very unhappy with the service we received upon returning from a 11hr flight back into Manchester, being kept waiting for an hour before my car was returned. We phoned as asked once we had cleared customs only to be told they had a shortage of drivers and the car would be 20 min. OK we could live with that reasonable delay but after waiting outside in the cold for more than 30 min we phoned again to ask how far was the car off arriving, again only to be told that they were waiting for a driver 30 more minutes passed before we were reunited with my car. So much for Eazypark meet and greet. Never Again will we use this company.

Reviewed on 27th October 2013Waste of money, couldn't get through on phone for 20 mins on return, just answerphone with recorded message instructing to phone back 'asap'. Had booked meet and greet as on a tight schedule with meeting to attend, but would have been quicker to use airport parking.

Rang 15 minutes before arriving at the airport departures and asked to park outside door No 2, waited another 15 minutes and then rang back to get the engaged tone, rang rang and rang, now been waiting 30 minutes eventually to get a reply and told would be with us shortly. One hour twenty minutes eventually turned up after 3 phone calls. Meet and Greet a joke! On arrival back rang when cases came through. Another wait outside the airport 40 minutes. Would you use this service?

Reviewed on 25th September 2013Paid for meet and greet service. A little slow coming to collect the car on departure day but no real problems. Service on arrival back into Manchester was appalling. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our car. My advice is do not take peoples money for a service you obviously cannot deliver.

Reviewed on 25th April 2012On my return back home I realised there was a substantial scrape on my cars front bumper which I don't believe was there before. Despite next day contacting EazyPark to notify them, unfortunately, as I failed to notify them of the damage when the car was returned, and signed a return waiver, they are denying any responsibility. It would be my advice that you thoroughly check your vehicle before signing any document, however trusting you are, or tired you may be from your journey.
