Reviewed on 22nd March 2017Overall it was okay but disappointingly on the outbound journey, even though I rang 20 minutes before my arrival, I had to wait nearly a further 30 minutes before someone arrived to collect my car. Fortunately I had enough time and the terminal wasn't busy, but if I had been tight for time then it could have been a major issue

Reviewed on 6th December 2016Prompt pick up and delivery of car. Car was spotlessly clean when collect but absolutely filthy dirty when delivered back to me. I fed back to the team but not even a reply. Disappointed.

Reviewed on 18th November 2016Well we booked meet and greet parking to make it quicker as we were landing late and didn't want to be waiting around or messing around.. i didn't think waiting 1 hour for our car to arrive was great. Especially when they told me 15 minutes on the phone when I called them! Very unorganised and would not use again.

Reviewed on 22nd September 2016Waited for 30 minutes on arrival at Manchester airport when I had rang to say I would be arriving at set time and on return had to wait 20 minutes to be picked up. Have used them on many occasions but this was by far the worst.

Reviewed on 28th July 2016This is the first time I've used a service where the parking company meet me at the airport and take your car away. Dropping off was great, nice friendly chap, on time and very professional. When we got home we had to wait for 70 minutes from calling them to the car being back at the airport for us to drive home. Again, the chaps were polite and friendly but the service needs to be better organised. When you get home from your holiday, you just want to get on with it.

Reviewed on 7th July 2016Rang the number we were given 20minutes before arrriving at the airport. We were told where to wait and the car would picked up soon. After 1 hour and many unsuccessful attempts to contact the office we became concerned that we would miss our plane and were about to abandon the idea of meet and greet and pay to leave the car in the long stay parking at the airport. We finally made contact and our car was collected. On return we made the call as agreed and to our relief was given instructions where to wait and after half an hour our car was returned to us.

Reviewed on 29th May 2016On arrival at airport having phoned as requested had to wait nearly 15 minutes before a driver arrived! On return after a long day and a slight delay of flight then queing at passport control just wanted to get home,phoned and was told 15 minutes, 20 minutes later phoned again eventually nearly 40 minutes! Sorry will not be using again.

Reviewed on 10th August 2015On our departure the service was good, with someone picking our car straight up. However on our return at 12:30am we rang the company as soon as we had cleared customs and collected our luggage, the lady on the phone said there was a wait of 20 mins due to it being late and a lack of drivers. We waited 55 minutes in the early hours for our car to be dropped off. For a meet and greet parking service this is a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting for the car to be dropped off. Me and my partner were very displeased and will not be using this company again.

Reviewed on 24th June 2015We waited over 30 mins for you to collect the car almost missing our flight going and we waited over one and half hrs hours for you to bring my car when we returned. We could not even get through the to you on the phone for over half an hour.
