The gentleman who took my car from me was great. Helpful & courteous. The man who returned my car was not so. In fact he was quite rude. Not what I needed after two overnight plane trips of over 10 hours!

On our way to Manchester Airport I followed procedure and rang the mobile number for EazyPark at 5.15am explaining that we would be arriving at departures in 15 minutes at Terminal One. We had booked our pick up for 5.30am. We had to wait 20 minutes on level 5 before the driver arrived we rang him several times enquiring on his whereabouts and he stated he was very busy and would be there as soon as he could we were not happy with his explanation, because he was 20 minutes late we ended up in a mass queue for the check in we had booked it early to avoid being stuck in a queue. The same thing happened on our arrival we had to wait a good 20 minutes for our car. I was under the understanding if that you booked the meet and greet service it was supposed to do just that. I will not be booking with eazy park ever again and feel very let down with the service.

Phoned 20 mins from airport as requested but had to wait 15 mins for driver to turn up. On return they didn`t answer the phone on first call. On second call took a long time to answer. We waited 25 mins for driver to arrive. VIP parking are much better.

We have used this company 3 times and initially had good experiences, however. We called as directed 20 minutes prior to arriving at the airport and we're told as arranged they would collect our car. We were kept waiting 40 minutes at the airport waiting for them to arrive - we called 3 times to be told that they were on their way and when they finally turned up the driver didn't offer any apology at first and said he had just 'come on duty' so didn't know what had been happening!! The 40 minute delay had a massive impact due to increased security levels at Manchester Airport and subsequently we had to run from security to the plane as it was boarding. I appreciate the security issues are not their doing but the 40 min wait is certainly NOT acceptable and if there was a problem surely a cursory phone call to keep us updated would have been the thing to do? Not sure id be confident to use this company again.

Disappointing service. Could not get through on the tel no on the way to the airport which was permanently engaged. This caused a great deal of stress. We were actually parked at the drop off point when we did get through and were told that the problem was that they were very busy - Suggestion - get more staff! On the way back, we arrived early hours and got through straight away (they were quiet I presume). We did as instructed and called when we had collected all our luggage but we still had to wait approx 25 minutes at the drop off point before our car turned up. Would not use again.

Had to wait for 15 mins when collecting car, drivers foot well and sill completely covered in mud and it was a brand new car with only 150 miles on the clock so extremely disappointed that it couldn't have been looked after better!

Drop off no problem. Return phoned when through customs took 45 mins to get car back. Phone engaged took 15 mins to get through. Told very busy excuse had to phone again car came back filthy. Would have to be very cheap or would never use again.

Used park and go for years this is the worst experience yet. Long wait for driver to turn up both going and returning. My car was returned dirty with internal drivers side mat covered in dirt and also external of car lower lever and wheels same car body very dusty and looked a mess. Driver told me that their hosepipe wasn't working to clean my vehicle off.

Sadly was disappointed in the time to pick us up. Waiting 35 mins was totally unacceptable especially as it was 4 am so could not blame the traffic.
