Excellent collect and delivery service at Manchester airport. Fast and efficient and on time. However, was not so happy about the state of my car upon delivery - streaked with mud and also on the drivers side carpets. Was told it had been parked "in a greenhouse"! Really ?

Returned to Manchester airport on a Sunday morning after trans Atlantic flight. Made first call to Eazy park at 08.33 am and was told my vehicle was on the way. After 30+ Unanswered calls and a cold wait of 1hour 20mins my vehicle was returned. I was on the point of calling the police to report the vehicle stolen. Have since been offered 50 0/0 refund.

Used this service a few times and was happy before. The last two times I have to wait 45 - 50minutes for pickup my car and car was very dirty in and out so decided to go for other company when I needed.

Great service. Great price. As soon as we arrived they came behind us. And when we returned, we were no sooner out of the doors and they turned up. This is the kind of service you need when tired with travelling. Will definitely use again, great price too! 5*****

I have used this company lots of times and have always been really happy with the service but this time I am only giving a 3 because my arrival was a nightmare this time. It was the first time I have travelled on a Friday afternoon and never again!! I have now been told that this is the worse time to fly because of the traffic and also departures at Manchester. I arrived 20 mins late of my expected arrival time at the airport due to heavy traffic. I tried to tel the number given 3 times when I was 20 mins away as instructed but the number was constantly engaged so consequently I was virtually at the airport when I finally confirmed my arrival. I was assured that someone would be with me straight away. 25mins later there was still no-one to meet me and I was under pressure from the parking wardens to move my car. I was told by the operator that they were 'only 5mins late' as I didn't phone in advance of my arrival. The driver finally arrived 40 mins after my first phone call and it was only due to a lovely parking attendant that I managed to stay that long in the loading bay. Consequently I nearly missed my flight and made it by the skin of my teeth. I felt that the operator I was calling was very unsympathetic and was untruthful about the length of time it would take for their driver to arrive to take my car. The only reason I am prepared to give this company another try is because when I arrived back to pick up my car it all went to clockwork as in my previous experience with them. I have recommended this company to lots of my friends but they need to improve their service during peak flying times and be truthful to their clients on how long it will take for their drivers to arrive.

On arrival at airport having phoned as requested had to wait nearly 15 minutes before a driver arrived! On return after a long day and a slight delay of flight then queing at passport control just wanted to get home,phoned and was told 15 minutes, 20 minutes later phoned again eventually nearly 40 minutes! Sorry will not be using again.

Second time used the company and would recommend it to anyone. Efficient and organised. Lads chatty and pleasant and couldn't have run smoother. Cheers
