Reviewed on 6th April 2016The service is great and we have used you many times before but on this occasion we had to wait a longer time than normal for the driver to take the keys from us and also to return to car to us. When we did get in the car on the way home, we found that they key had also been broken (the plastic casing surrounding the car key had snapped)

Reviewed on 29th March 2016For some reason our original booking had not been received so it did cause some problems / worries on our approach to M/C airport. However on confirmation of our details and booking reference the operator had to honour the booking. This caused some delay collecting our car, but considering they did not have booking this was done fairly quickly. The return process was done very quickly and we were impressed by the service. We will use this company again.

Reviewed on 22nd March 2016Usually 100% called as requested 20 mins. Before arrival at manchester after waiting 20 mins. Driver arrived and told me off for not parking far enough along the road on return driver said he would be 15 mins. He was spot on and he pulled up where i was waiting when i was told i was in wrong place. Will not put me off using park and go in future though.

Reviewed on 19th February 2016Simply EXCELLENT customer service. Greeted at drop off in departures, helped with suitcase. Explanation of how to be met on return. On return - Missed Transfer in Istanbul, phoned ahead - no problem for Park and Go - they said they would adjust return details. On return, I only had a ten minute wait for my car to be returned to me in same spot at 'drop off' outside departures. Painless and cost effective service. NO PROBLEM IN RECOMMENDING. Thank you :)
