Reviewed on 30th October 2015Having never used this service before, I was unsure what to expect, however a quick phone call told me where to park and wait with my car. We did have to wait for about 15 minutes for somebody to collect our car, but this was explained to us (there had been a issue with previous customers). Upon our return, I once again rang to say we had landed, they told us where to wait- again clear instructions - we waited about 4 minutes for our car to be returned and they had washed our car too!!!

There was a slight delay of 20 minutes or so on arrival, but we were in plenty of time and it didn't affect us. Returning to the UK, our car was there to meet us within 5 minutes of our phone call. Great service. Thank you!

Reviewed on 2nd June 201420 minutes before arriving at Manchester airport, I called EazyPark to confirm time of arrival and instructions to where to go for meet and greet. When we arrived at terminal 1, we waited for at least further 30 minutes and was concerned by then as I’ve already made three calls wondering what is going on. There were a few customers waiting as well. Although we allowed more than two hours before take-off, the waiting caused us less time or no time at all to enjoy the duty free. The pickup was much smoother and spot on.

Reviewed on 23rd April 2014Paid for parking for 2 cars and 1 picked up OK and was told that somebody else was on their way, 20 mins later still nobody so had to call the company again and then eventually the guy who took the first car turned back up. more staff required?
