Very good service best price. Only issue we travelled over bank holiday period felt like we waited long time to meet driver as possibly not enough drivers and more cars hence delay. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them.

Great service even though we were delayed by an hour on our return. Only complaint my radio station was changed, side mirrors altered and being a woman I am useless at changing them back!! Please do not alter personal settings drivers - especially as you only have to drive the car a short way!!!

Excellent, friendly customer service from both of the guys I met. However, was highly upset to see the amount of mud/dirt left on my carpet and even all over the plastic sides of the door! Don't understand how they could have got so much dirt in.

Disappointed this time. Had to wait 20 minutes for my car as told no drivers available. When car arrived driver apologised for lateness due to car frozen up. Thought the idea of giving arrival time would assist in such matters and defrost early once checked on arrival time... Just a thought!

Smooth and professional. We were going to arrive an hour before our booked time, so phoned the company who were quite happy to oblige. (They did seem to struggle to find our booking when we called though). We re-called 20 minutes away from the airport, as requested, and their rep was there to meet us. Quick handover and we were into the airport - using this service saves at least half an hour, if not more. Return went as planned - we cleared customs and phoned, and the car arrived within 5 minutes of us reaching the pick up point. We now use a Meet & Greet service at all airports other than our local one (BHX) and have been universally pleased with both the cost and the convenience. Also pleased with Park&Go who quickly find a good deal at a 'new' airport.

Contacted the company 20 minutes prior to arrival and was told their could be some delay as they were very busy that morning, we were in no real rush so not a problem and they did inform us, arrived at airport and was waiting for an additional 30 minutes for car to be collected. After 15 further calls trying to get through managed to speak with staff who informed me that my car was being collected by a member of staff who was stood 2 meters in front of my car the whole time but never made himself known to us as he was waiting for a customer to return. I was a bit miffed by this as I could have just given him my keys and been inside in the warm. On return it was different story completely, straight through on the number and was met outside within 10 minutes. all in all, not bad service but the outward journey was a bit of a let down. would i use again - Yes if the price made it worth while, car was returned in same condition as left and staff were friendly.

Good except, they messed about with my radio station in the car.

Sounds daft, but I took the telephone instructions very literally and ended up in the multi-storey carpark at Terminal 1 in Manchester. With underslept, stressed, preoccupied customers such as myself, I recommend extra emphasis on the words "Drop Off Zone" on the phone!Otherwise, a great service.
