A very prompt and courteous service at drop off and collection of our car on return to Manchester. Would certainly use again.

Had trouble getting through to either of the two numbers given on the booking on the booking confirmation sheet. When I eventually got through I said I was 15 minutes away and they told me to go to the departures area and wait there. I got to the departures and after waiting for 5 minutes had to drive around as I was moved on by the parking attendants. When I got back, I parked again for 5 minutes and was moved on again. I called them (again trouble getting an answer) and they told me the traffic was bad but they would be there in 5 minutes (I didn't encounter any traffic). When the gentleman arrived he was courteous and took the car away with no problems. On arrival back they were on time but the car was absolutely covered in dust. The gentleman said they normally jet wash the cars but that the jet wash was broken. This level of dust was unacceptable and I will not be using there service again. My clothes got covered in dust when loading and unloading my cases and I had to pay to have the car washed the following morning to stop my clothes getting destroyed.
