Dropping off the car was trouble-free but frustratingly on our return it took 45 minutes from calling to the car arriving. The airport traffic was as busy as it always is so didn't really buy that excuse. Disappointing overall.

Cannot fault the service. Prompt, polite, all went to plan and very good value. Highly recommended.

We were met on time by the rep who examined our car. He then drove it away, leaving instructions to quote on our return. These we followed and we were pleased when the car was promptly returned to us, not just on time, but cleaned! Excellent service, have recommended you to our friends and relatives.

The outgoing experience was good, but on our return having phoned after going through passport control, as instructed. We were then told to phone again after collecting our luggage. We were told it was going to be 15 minutes. 20 minutes later we were still waiting. We phoned again and the person on the phone whilst talking to me put the phone down. Had to wait a further 5 minutes. We were disappointed with this customer service.
