Reviewed on 18th June 2016Difficulty entering as car registration was not recognised and intercom was not answered. Office not manned and had to telephone to gain access. Even though cameras showed us waiting still had to wait for intercom to be answered and to gain entry. Cars ahead of us also had problems. We have used before without problem and would use again.

Reviewed on 17th June 2016We had never used Jet Park 3 before, and on arrival we looked for an office to book into. After speaking to a bus driver he told us about what we had to do. So we parked up and caught the bus. I will probably use the parking facilities at Jet Park 3 again as I now know what to do. It would have been a good idea had I properly read the booking form.

Reviewed on 12th June 2016Easy to book, clear driving instructions. No personnel available at car park so you have to follow the lit signs regarding vacant spaces. Courtesy buses can be far in between depending on rush hour traffic, we waited 30 minutes for a bus. On return, make sure to ask the bus driver if he covers your parking bay. It is very easy to get on the wrong shuttle buses. Good value for money.

Reviewed on 16th March 2016Efficiently run and well served by buses. About ten minutes to transfer to the airport. The only downside is the car park surface condition with no marked parking bays. The other car parks are better.

Reviewed on 22nd June 2015First time I have used this park, we found it very difficult at the barrier due to the lack of lighting, the camera did not acknowledge my number and we found the call button very difficult to locate, we ended up ringing the helpline number to gain access.

Reviewed on 10th March 2015This is an enormous car park with no indication as to where spaces are available. We spent 20 mins driving round trying to find one, only to realise later that there were plenty available in a different section of the car park. A little bit of info wouldn't go amiss. Once parked however, service was good.

Reviewed on 20th January 2015On the plus side the buses to the car park were regular and we didn't have to wait too long for one to arrive to take us to the airport or to return us to the car. On a negative side the car park was packed and we drove round for about 10 minutes before spotting a space. This space was in huge puddle so both me and the wife both got wet feet getting out of the car and walking to the nearest bus stop.

Reviewed on 20th December 2014Had a pre paid voucher. On leaving I was charged at he barrier. I was Pouring and dark. So I paid to get away This was not good.

Reviewed on 25th November 2014It would help if the vehicle recognition barrier would work, buses are very regular. But only problem was coming back were the amount of people who had forgotten where they left their car.

Reviewed on 4th November 2014Disappointed this time, I have A blue Disability card all spaces full. I am sure not all had blue cards. Had to drive round park. Found one very wet space. Far end of park.
