Further out from the Airport, this park is about 2 miles from the Airport, much further than given in the paper work. Would return to Jetparks 1 or 2 again for our next trip.

When we arrived the vehicle recognition system did not recognize our car, so we had to buzz for assistance. They said they had no record of the booking and after waiting for them to check we had to ask one of the shuttle bus drivers to speak to the operator and confirm we did have a booking. All this whilst getting wet through in heavy rain. We had the same problem on arrival back from holiday.

Massive car park, which says its 5 mins from the airport, but in reality it took about 20 mins because you have to park up, find the nearest bus stop, wait for the bus and then it drives all around the car park picking others up! It's then at least 5 mins to the actual airport building. Allow plenty of time! Good for the price though!

This is the 3rd time this year that I have used Jet 3 car park and it will probably be the last. Each time the wait for a bus either way has got longer and longer culminating this time in a 40 minute wait for a bus to return from the airport. I feel that this is clearly not good enough as the car park is about 5 to 10 minutes away. Also the road works cannot be blamed this time as I didn't observe any hold ups.

Number plate wasn't recognised on the way in or on the way out which caused a little delay on the way in. Your bus drivers are superb; very helpful and very polite.

I have two comments. Firstly the Registration reader on the gate did not recognise our car ( we did go in the car we registered with), so this took time both on the way in and way out getting in an our of the barrier. Secondly we parked in V11 but wasnt aware that we had to take note of our bus stop number aswell as this number. it took us 30 mins at midnight to find the car! everything else was great!

Number plate not recognized on entry had to wait and give booking ref which they had no details of then give car registration number still no details eventually entered and parked. Same problem on return. Also waited over 25 mins for shuttle back to car park.

Bus service efficient with clean/tidy buses. But a longish transfer to airport, made worse by roadworks, moving from terminal to terminal seemed to take ages. A very competitive price makes this bearable, but would consider paying more for closer airport location or meet/greet next time. The booking was not recognised when arriving at gate, office on the intercom did not recognise booking number or car reg, a long queue of frustrated cars queued up behind me, eventually resolved when a member of staff turned up and verified the booking was correct by reading the booking in my hand rather than choosing to disbelieve me over the radio.

Disappointed that number recognition system didn't work so had to call for help and quote booking ref to get in and out. Massive park took 10 mins to find a space. So not the best experience, even if it was the cheapest.

Not great this time, used before, got off bus at v12, but car was at the other end so this needs sorting, also struggled to get out with others at 3 in the morning; confusion when people were trying to pay; only one barrier working. Don't know if we will use again.
