Overall everything went well, shuttle bus arrived within 5 minutes both ways. Parking can sometimes be a little difficult in finding a space, generally zone v or above so allow about 15 minutes to find space. On arrival auto plate recognition for both enter and exit from car parking.

Very simple just drive in, park and go. Same on return, get bus find car and go.

Finding car park was easy, even with road works. Some trouble getting entry, but this may have been due to my Spanish number plate not being recognised by system. Used intercoms and was dealt with quickly and courteously. But of a wait for the feeder service but not too long. Return was smooth and relatively quick.

Have used this car park on numerous occasions and always been satisfied. Shuttle to airport always very quick. Have never had to wait. On arrival - helpful to know in which section there are spaces so you can aim for that area saving precious time.

The only issue is finding a parking space even when sign says available in V.W etc. Other than that very reasonably priced and buses on time.

All very efficient however at 4.00 in the morning in the dark I found it very difficult to find my way out as signposting the exit route was poor. Pedestrian exits much more in evidence!

Easy to book. Instructions to car park didn't match the actual roads but easily found car park by following the JP3 arrows on the road signs. On arrival at car park had to drive around for a while to find a free car park space. Would be better if you were allocated a parking space on booking. Transfer buses run regularly to and from the airport. Would use again.

Excellent price and excellent bus service. Difficult to get in until the telephone button was found and directions to empty parking places were poor.

Easy to find. Good shuttle service.
