No problems at all, arrived, was picked up on bus in seconds to terminal 2, arrived back from hols waited approx 15 mins and straight to the car, will be using again next time on hols, if price remains reasonable.

Noone is to guide you to empty spaces, running round in circles, but lots of empty spaces in bays v and w.

Very good; however it would have been useful to have an explan of how it worked first. The car park is HUGE and in the dark can be confusing. You enter with number plate recognition, take a card, and then try & find a space which can take 5-10mins, make a note of the area (eg X2) and the nearest bus stop number (eg 54) and WRITE THEM DOWN. Wait for a bus to arrive, which takes less than 10 mins but takes another 10 mins to go around the huge car park! Drops you off 15mins later at the airport (bus driver very helpful). On return, pick up bus at airport where it dropped you off, tell the driver your area or bus stop number and you are there (our bus was full and took some time to collect and drop everyone off, also 10 min road work delays en-route). The exit gate used number recognition to let us out. If this procedure was e-mailed to you beforehand it would have been very helpful. Would definately use again.

No problems, parked easily and no hanging around. On return could see problems when park full as many driving around looking for spaces. Would recommend proper spaces as in some areas poor parking by passengers by leaving a lot of space between cars really limited space available Will use again.

Easy to find, close to the airport. The bus picked us up within 5 minutes on our way and was waiting outside the terminal on our return. I will definitely use Jetparks 3 again.

I found it easily and found that the car park was easy to park in, and the bus was quick to airport. I would use them again.

We had previously used the adjacent Jetparks so found it easily, but began to panic when we had driven round for about 15 minutes without finding a space. We eventually found one in the X zone, which meant trundling our cases down steps and over very rough stones to reach the bus stop. It was even more difficult to manage our cases up the steps on our return. Properly surfaced ramps would be much better and avoid scuffing suitcases. The car numberplate recognition worked beautifully and the shuttle-bus driver on our return was most helpful.

Very pleased with service. Easy to find carpark, close to airport and only had to wait a few minuites for the transfer buses.

Very good service. Auto number plate recognition did not work, but delay was minimal. Would recommend having stewards available to show parking spaces during busy periods.
