Great place to park, close to airport, with clean, regular buses (with courteous drivers). Only small quibble, not enough info for 'first timers' on arrival. Also, there was something about taking a ticket at the barrier on arrival, one wasn't forthcoming, but I know now this is because of number plate recognition (ANPR), and I was a bit concerned about not having a ticket on return, but when I went to leave - hey presto! The barrier lifted automatically. We will be using you again every time we fly from M/cr - best car park yet.

Noone is to guide you to empty spaces, running round in circles, but lots of empty spaces in bays v and w.

Very good; however it would have been useful to have an explan of how it worked first. The car park is HUGE and in the dark can be confusing. You enter with number plate recognition, take a card, and then try & find a space which can take 5-10mins, make a note of the area (eg X2) and the nearest bus stop number (eg 54) and WRITE THEM DOWN. Wait for a bus to arrive, which takes less than 10 mins but takes another 10 mins to go around the huge car park! Drops you off 15mins later at the airport (bus driver very helpful). On return, pick up bus at airport where it dropped you off, tell the driver your area or bus stop number and you are there (our bus was full and took some time to collect and drop everyone off, also 10 min road work delays en-route). The exit gate used number recognition to let us out. If this procedure was e-mailed to you beforehand it would have been very helpful. Would definately use again.

Very easy to find easy to get in, my only problem was that there were no spaces left to park my car and no one to ask! I had to park in front of a building.

No problems, parked easily and no hanging around. On return could see problems when park full as many driving around looking for spaces. Would recommend proper spaces as in some areas poor parking by passengers by leaving a lot of space between cars really limited space available Will use again.

When returning to the park in the dark, you cannot see the stops and the driver, when asked, said all he did was drive the bus and did not know where the numbered bus stops where. Would not use again.

Layout of parking lanes at right angles to feeder roads poor, you cannot see where vacant parking spaces are available. Hardcore base cheap, returned to find car surrounded in pool of rain water. Redeeming factor upon our return, your bus driver Sunday 23/9/2012 8-30pm approx Pouring rain assisted us getting on and off packed bus.

Excellent. Number plate recognition worked, lots of parking and timely bus transfers at bothe ends.

Very impressed . A lot better then getting a taxi, and a lot cheaper.

Excellent, good shuttle service, the one thing parkers MUST do is write down the parking plot number and the bus stop number you catch the shuttle bus from, because you will forget on your return to the uk, as I believe there is 7000 parking space on Jetpark 3.I reviewed all the parking lots at Manchester, and some of the dearer meet n greet parks had your car coming back covered in bird mess, so jetpark 3 for me.
