Arrived in good time to check in at terminal 2, unfortunately we could not find a parking space at Jet Park 3 and had to ask a bus driver what to do; he directed us to the upgrade car park down the road where the barrier did not operate. All in all a bad experience.

Booked night before but they had no recognition of my booking so had to have debate on intercom before was let in... reg was not recognised, so not sure how well that works.

Very pleased with service. Easy to find carpark, close to airport and only had to wait a few minuites for the transfer buses.

I found it very difficult to find a parking space. Also waited approx 30 minutes for our no 3 bus to pick us up,and as it was pouring down it was very unpleasant.

All that I expected when I booked the car park; was good, many thanks.

Very good service. Auto number plate recognition did not work, but delay was minimal. Would recommend having stewards available to show parking spaces during busy periods.

So easy, saves family and friends time and petrol. Helpful drivers without hanging about and really worth every penny.will always use now on.

It was very easy,drove to the barrier, took my ticket,the barrier raised and I drove in. I wasted time by driving up and down the nearest parking places which had no line markings. The space between some of the cars you could have parked a Smart car between them. I went deeper into the car park and there was plenty of spaces,parked at x2 bay,all the bays have lettered locations,went to the bus stop,I had written my location on my ticket, but I should have also written my us stop number for the return journey. Was picked up within 5 mins and after a 10 mins journey mostly due to roadworks was dropped at terminal 1 The return trip was just as straight forward,waited at the bus stop for the bus which is on a continous loop, there are a few Jetpark busstops, all clearly marked, waited around 15 mins and on the return journey asked the driver to tell me which stop to get off at which he did. There was a couple behind us who hadnt a clue where they parked only somewhere in Jetparks 3. The exit was simple went to the barrier put in my ticket and drove out, all easy as long as you remember which area you parked.

Easy to find; plenty of empty spaces; bus transfer quick and efficient.

Jetpark 3 made everthing so easy, parking was good and the bus to and from airport very prompt ,plus very cheap ,thanks
