The last two times I have used it the vehicle recognition has not worked and this time there was no record of my booking, despite sorting at least a week prior, also causing problems trying to leave on my return.

Reviewed on 6th August 2013Car park was easy to use once you had negotiated the road works by the airport which obviously is not their fault. Good service with buses even at 4am. Would use them again.

Reviewed on 9th July 2013On arrival we was asked for a bar code or token of which we had did not have either on pressing the intercom the person on the other end was very faint you could hardley hear him when we got in findig a parking space was a problem other than that everything else was fine

Reviewed on 23rd June 2013My experience got off to a bad start when we drove up to the barriers and our reg number was not recognised automatically, thus providing an exit ticket. We became more anxious when we picked up the telephone and our booking ref. was also not recognised. However, the operative raised the barrier and let us in, advising us that we would have to do the same on our return. We double checked that we were in the correct car park, and yes, we were. We then found a spot to park and proceeded to the nearest bus stop and were picked up 2 minutes later. On our return, we did not have to wait at all for the transfer bus and were very satisfied with this. However, on our attempt to exit the car park, we encountered the same problem i.e. our booking ref. and vehicle reg. were not recognised. The operative asked our name and then raised the barrier. We were definitely at the correct place and had all the paperwork as proof. Apart from this minor anxiety, we were very happy with Jetparks 3 and would recommend anyone to use their facilities.
