Not the best experience. The directions for arrival were vague, there were two departure areas but the instructions didn't say which one, so inevitably we chose the wrong one. Upon arrival the directions to where to go was again vague and confusing. We tried to call back for clarity but were constantly hung up on. When we finally found the car the driver sarcastically said "finally!!" Some clearer written directions for arrival and for departure would have avoided all the confusion.

Use this company a lot, but unfortunately on this occasion we did experience some issues. On our return we received a parking fine notice from a hotel where they hold the cars prior to their return to you. Although ultimately the fine was revoked, it did cause a lot of stress and consternation initially. It did take some time and considerable effort on our part to deal with but there was no offer of a discount or refund which ought to have been forthcoming. I appreciate these companies operate with small margins, but this should ensure that they deliver impeccable service without this kind of thing occurring.

Since the airport changed rules for meet and great at T2 we wont be using it again. My mother is a blue badge holder and the walk to the bus stop at 4am was long and cold and the driver told us there was nothing could be done but I am sure the airport staff would let you though if it is a disabled person picking up their car.

Upon arrival, after contacting V.I.P Parking as required, we were met immediately by a member of staff dressed in uniform at the terminal, all paper work and keys were handed over without a problem. Arriving back 5 days later we called after clearing customs to inform V.I.P Parking and the car was outside the terminal within 10/15 minutes, however the car was filthy! Having cleaned the car prior to our trip this wasn't how we expected the car to be returned. The V.I.P Parking staff who wasn't dressed in uniform very quickly gave us our keys and informed us any paper work was in the car and disappeared before getting a chance to speak to him. After consciously filling the tank before we arrived at the airport (approx. 30 miles away) I realised the car since we left it had used an extra 40/50 miles worth of diesel since handing the keys over. I understand the 'car park' which I have since discovered could be a field is approx. 15 miles away round trip but to use more than double that is totally unacceptable. We won't be using this company in future and advise anyone else considering airport parking to use another company or park directly onsite.

Mid range rating for me I am sorry to say. On arrival after calling 20 minutes ahead of arriving I still had to wait for nearly 30 minutes for the Meet & Greet Guy to come and take my car away. Also on arrival back there was a smell of "smoking" in the car but I think this was more down to the fact that the guy greeting us had been smoking rather then him smoking in the car. Would seriously have to consider using them again.

First time used. Probably last. We had to wait 10 minutes on arrival and nearly missed flight when combined with massive security queues. Service level not as good as our regular company (fully booked) and cost 33% more.

My car was returned covered completely in dust (it could have been hosed down before return!) Also, I discovered later that the car had been 'Kerbed' because the front n/s wheel trim was damaged and had to be removed.

WHEN RETURNING FROM HOLIDAY YOU EXPECT YOUR CAR TO BE IN THE CONDITION YOU LEFT IT.THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAR WAS FILTHY, BUT MORE ANNOYING WAS MY WIFE COULD NOT GET IN THE PASSENGER SEAT BECAUSE IT WAS FULLY RECLINED TO ITS MAXIMUM AS IF SOMEONE HAD BEEN HAVING A SLEEP IN IT. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

On returning to UK driver informed me he was 2min away from terminal. Then waited a further 10min and called again to again be told he would be 2min. Driver arrived 20min late and blamed previous pick up.
