VIP Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Good on the outbound journey, however left waiting for over 15 minutes when we arrived home and given the excuse that only one person was working that night. Not great after a six hour plane journey!

On time both ways, but car looked as if it had gone through Glastonbury's finest.

Had to wait 40 mins from initial call before driver arrived for collection. No instructions communicated re the process on our return. Price was very good. Car was returned reasonably promptly and no damage.

Drop off went smoothly with driver waiting for car, however on return we had to phone and then wait 25 minutes for car. Clearly not 'Meet and Greet'

Booked it because it had good reviews. I had to wait when I got to the airport I even had to ring them again to see how long they would be. on the way home I was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes. Hardly meet and greet.

Paid extra for the meet and greet service as we thought this would be quicker. Departure was no problem as driver was there to collect the car but on return we called when we had collected the cases as directed but we had to wait 40 mins at the collection point for our car to arrive. Not good enough.

Excellent service as in the past. Good value. Will be booking again in July.
