Used their services many times before. Slight wait on arrival but roads around Manchester Airport are horrendous. Waited under a minute for our car to be returned when we arrived back to the UK. Streamline. I’d suggest they also give an option when booking for a car valet/clean I’d certainly consider paying a reasonable price to have my car returned vacuumed/cleaned 😊.

I am never convinced on these types of services but they surpassed my expectations again. On return our flight was delayed by over 24 hours and it quite simply didn’t matter. I would recommend VIP Meet and Greet, Manchester.

Hard to know what to say other than " it does exactly what it says on the tin". I turned up and the driver was waiting, I went on holiday and when I returned the car was delivered back in around 5 minutes. Car was in perfect condition and had only been driven a few miles. Brilliant service all round.
