Reviewed on 3rd July 2022Very efficient but would've liked more detail on negotiating drop off point at T1. Promptly got our car back on return. Not happy dash cam was disabled though.

The directions for arrival were vague, there were two departure areas but the instructions didn't say which one, so inevitably we chose the wrong one. Upon arrival the directions to where to go was again vague and confusing. We tried to call back for clarity but were constantly hung up on. When we finally found the car the driver sarcastically said "finally!!" Some clearer written directions for arrival and for departure would have avoided all the confusion.
