Brilliant service at a great price,. Second time using and both times prompt, polite and professional, definitely use VIP Meet and Greet again.

Very professional customer service. Our flight was deviated due to an emergency on board the plane to France. Informed the driver about the situation that I won't be able to collect the car at the indicated time and he was fine with it. Got to Manchester Airport and there was an IT fault with the baggage system which result to more delays and the driver was very understandable. Very good service.

Prompt service as usual, I have rated it 4 only because the distance to retrieve your car is further than before, however I appreciate this is due to the new lay out of the airport and I would certainly use VIP parking Meet and Great again.

Excellent service! I’ve used Meet and Greet parking with other companies in the past and had to wait for up to 40 minutes on return for my vehicle. On this occasion there’s was no waiting either side. Prompt collection and delivery. Most impressed!
