5/5...called the night before to amend my arrival time half an hour earlier at 5am, no problem, called 15 minutes beforehand...were there on arrival, upon return called and walked out to pick up area and car was there in less than 5 minutes.

Car was looked after and after reading of so many people having issues with other companies I wont use anyone else now.

Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Check in was swift. Car waiting for us when we left the terminal

The whole experience was rushed. We pulled up and was immediately told we have 5 minutes to unload the car and the driver be out of the car park. The return was absolute chaos. We were told to go to the West Carpark and wait until we saw our car pull up. There were crowds of people doing the same. It was so disorganised and frantic. I wish I had done off site parking it would have been less stressful and a better experience. We have used meet and greet in many other airports which were great, but I would definitely not recommend or use meet and greet at Manchester again.
