Very prompt service at both drop off and collect. Driver was cheerful and quick on return despite the 3 hour delay into the early hours due to our flight diversion.

Although we booked specific times to drop off and collect our car, we were delayed and were late for both appointments. The VIP staff however were very helpful and kept in touch by phone to ensure they were ready for us and it really helped to relieve all our worries. The drivers were very friendly and helpful, and our car came back in perfect condition - I can definitely recommend VIP and will be using them again.
