Excellent service from VIP parking meet and greet service. No waiting time at all. Will use again.

I was so impressed with this company. When I picked my car up on arrival we had problem with our car starting, the guy that dropped are car off with us came straight back to us and jump started our car and waited until we left to make sure all was okay and even stopped again outside as we waited for the AA. Checked mileage on leaving the car and everything okay on return. 5 stars is not enough for the fantastic service we got from the driver Cameron that tried to help us, will be using again.

This is the first time I had used this service and it will not be the last, in fact it will be my first and only choice. Met by meet and greet driver who asked me to provide mileage and details of any vehicle damage which was marked on a sheet and agreed and signed for, which saved me having to photograph my odometer reading which I have always done in the past due to bad experiences with other companies. After returning I got great advice from VIP Parking as to how to get back to departures and within minutes my car was returned and the driver offered some useful advice about the driving conditions (Ice) which was a nice and helpful touch. I cannot fault the service or price and feel slightly ashamed that my car was not very clean inside or out when I handed it over to their drivers. Next time I will have it cleaned and show them the respect that they showed to me.
