This was our first time using A38 Meet and Greet and will definitely use again. Easy on line booking, very quick pick up of car after giving 20 minutes notice of arrival at Bristol Airport. Only a 5 minutes wait for the car to be returned after ringing from outside the Terminal building at Bristol. Friendly polite drivers who checked our paperwork at collection and delivery of our car. Excellent!

We've used A38 Meet & Greet before and this time was fine apart from being told off for not phoning 30 minutes before arrival at the airport. It's always been 20 minutes and our email instructed us to call 20 mins prior. However the staff member was not happy saying it will 'quite clearly' say 30 minutes on our email. Well it 'quite clearly' doesn't say that!
